This page explains what personal data is collected on this site and as part of my work as a photographer, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.
The data controller is Jean-Emmanuel Perchet, self-employed photographer, 19 Rue Jean Cousin, 89100 Soucy. SIRET 753 994 730 00020. Contact: jeanemmanuel.perchet@gmail.com or 06 50 65 04 48.
The contact form collects the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and details of your project (date, location, type of service). This data is used solely to reply to you and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your request, prior to a possible contract.
Your postal address and the information needed to organize the shoot are added, along with the photographs taken. A photograph showing an identifiable person is personal data. This is processed for:
Taking an approved ID photo results in the creation of a digital photo code sent to the online service of the French National Secure Documents Agency (ANTS), so you can use it for your administrative procedure. This processing is necessary to carry out the service you have requested. Your images are kept for the validity period of the code, i.e. six months, to allow you to use it, and are then deleted. These photographs are never used for communication purposes, nor kept in my professional archives.
Technical data (IP address, pages visited, browser type) may be recorded to ensure the site's operation and security, and to measure its audience.

Delivered photographs are my works. I keep them in my professional archives indefinitely, so I can provide you with a copy again, prove my authorship, and document my work. This archiving is based on my legitimate interest as an author. A backup is guaranteed for one year from delivery; beyond that, I no longer guarantee being able to provide you with a new copy. You may object to this retention at any time and request the deletion of images concerning you.
Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted by technical service providers acting on my instructions, as data processors:
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. The corresponding transfers are governed by the safeguards set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
In the specific case of an approved ID photo, the digital photo code is sent to the French National Secure Documents Agency (ANTS), a public body that receives it as part of your administrative procedure.
This site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, which do not require your consent. If audience measurement or social media cookies are used, your consent is collected on your first visit and you can withdraw it at any time from your browser settings.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act (Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on it.
These rights can be exercised by simply contacting jeanemmanuel.perchet@gmail.com. You will receive a response within one month. If you appear in a photograph without being my client — for example, as a guest at an event — you can contact me directly at the same address to request that an image be removed.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr.
This policy may be amended at any time. Any change will be published on this page, along with its update date.
